NEWNHAM PADDOX CLAY SHOOT

A big thank you to everyone who supported the clay shoot at Newnham Paddox.  We had a super day with lovely sunshine and a good number of guns.  The trap layout by Alex Denbigh was testing and Andrew Paver's automatic gave little respite.  Accolades to top gun: Barry Walker (Denbigh's new gamekeeper) with 48/50.  Top Atherstone shooter Alan Whelband with 34/50. Best lady Denise Boneham with 24/50.  Last, but not least, the sporting Richard Wells 10/50.  Watch this space for next shoot - Ian Lewis' at Wolvey end of August, date to be confirmed.  Pete Towers
